Co-founder, Chair of the Board – The Online Management Training Company
The Online Management Training Company is a leading Vietnamese software-as-a-service provider to educational and learning institutions. It was established on January 7th, 2010 under Business License No: 0104361240 issued by the Hanoi Department for Planning and Investment.
In 2003, Ha started her entrepreneurship journey by co-founding OCD Management Consulting, then went on to co-found The Online Management Training Company and KidsOnline. Having gone through the ups and downs of being a woman entrepreneur for over 15 years, she’s got the skills and experience to set up and grow new businesses, especially in educational technology (edtech).
Ha graduated from Simferopol State University (in the former Soviet Union), holds MBA degree from Boise State University (Idaho, USA) and is also alumna of the Aspen Institute, USA (2012).
She is on the advisory board of several startups, most notably Abroader (formerly Student Exchange Vietnam), contributes her time to Vietnamese non-profit CFC and social enterprise CSIP.
She’s a mountain climber (climbed Mount Fansipan twice, 2003 and 2016); a pet lover and lousy cook.
