
On the morning of January 3, 2025, at Xuan Thuy National Park (Nam Dinh), a workshop and training session with the theme “Application of online interactive technology to introduce wetland ecosystems in primary education” took place successfully. The event was part of a project funded by the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI) and organized by CFC Vietnam, in collaboration with Xuan Thuy National Park and the Department of Education and Training of Nam Dinh.
The event was attended by 50 local teachers and education officials, with the presence of Ms. Leigh McCumber, Political and Cultural Information Counselor, CFLI Program Director and Ms. Vu Tuyet Trang, Cultural Information Officer, Embassy of Canada in Hanoi Embassy of Canada in Vietnam

Teachers expressed interest in innovative teaching methods that combine AI technology and virtual reality, helping to improve pedagogical capacity and create interesting learning experiences for students.
The event ended successfully, opening up new opportunities in applying modern technology to education, while raising awareness of the role of wetland ecosystems in responding to climate change.
