AI Ready ASEAN is an initiative coordinated by the ASEAN Foundation with support from Google.org, implemented across 10 ASEAN countries. The program aims to equip youth, parents, and educators with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in the era of artificial intelligence.
In Vietnam, CFC Vietnam serves as the implementing partner, with the following key goals:

125,000 students will experience coding through Code.org.

63 Master Trainers will complete a 20-hour training on foundational AI thinking.

18,750 learners (youth, parents, and educators) will participate in a 12-hour in-depth AI course.
CFC is also responsible for localizing and adapting three AI training modules to ensure the content is relevant to the local context and learner needs.
The first training event marked a successful kickoff to the nationwide journey of AI knowledge dissemination. A total of 63 Master Trainers from various provinces participated in the hybrid (online and in-person) training sessions, including:

Beyond providing knowledge and tools, the program also fosters a strong network connecting teachers, parents, experts, and educational organizations, creating a powerful ripple effect across communities.
Through AI Ready ASEAN, CFC Vietnam is committed to expanding access to AI skills for all youth, parents, and educators — empowering the next generation of Vietnamese to not only embrace technology, but to become creators of the future.
